The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services recently announced that it has posted both the MDS 3.0 QM User’s Manual V13.0 and Quality Measure Reporting Module Table V1.8.
The user’s manual contains specifications for the MDS 3.0 quality measures and can be found in the “Downloads” section of Quality Measures webpage. MDS 3.0 QM User’s Manual V12.1 has been moved to the “Archive” page.
The Quality Measure Reporting Module Table V1.8 documents CMS quality measures that are calculated using MDS 3.0 data and reported in a CMS reporting module, the agency explained. A unique CMS identification number is specified for each QM.
The table is also available under the site’s “Downloads” section.
