Latessa Morris is the new executive director at Life Care Center of Sparta.
Morris began her career in long-term care as a certified nursing assistant at the center. She’s also worked there as an administrative assistant and regional vice president over the past 18 years.
Morris was previously the executive director at Life Care Center of Crossville, TN, and also has worked as the Eastern Division vice president and River Region vice president at the company.
She completed her bachelor’s degree at Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville.
Morris was named to Who’s Who Among Women Business Executives in 2008 and 2010.
At Life Care Center of Sparta, she was named 2005 CNA of the Year and received Whatever It Takes customer service awards in 2002 and 2005.
She plans to live in Sparta, where she is a native, with her two children, Mark and Mylee.
