CareTrust REIT Inc. and PointRight® have formed a strategic partnership to provide post-acute analytics to CareTrust’s skilled nursing facility portfolio.
CareTrust sought PointRight, knowing it would help its smaller SNF tenants, reflecting the REIT’s operator-focused approach, said Greg Stapley, CareTrust’s Chairman and CEO.
“PointRight’s clinical and business intelligence solutions will give our operators an invaluable tool for consistently delivering the best-in-class care essential for long-term success,” he said.
CareTrust’s SNF operators will be able to use PointRight’s Data Integrity Audit to ensure Minimum Data Set (MDS) submission accuracy, PointRight® Pro 30™ Rehospitalization to understand rehospitalization performance, and Five-Star FastTrack™ for CMS Five-Star Quality Rating scenario planning.
CareTrust management will receive PointRight analytics on an aggregated basis across the portfolio, the company said. Managers will receive an Asset Management Dashboard monthly and a REIT Landscape Report quarterly.
