Aeroflow Healthcare has acquired HealthCare Plus’ resupply lines of business. This will allow HealthCare Plus to exit the durable medical equipment market and focus on its Montana pharmacy, the companies said.

The acquisition includes the positive airway pressure, urological, incontinence and wound care products.

“By acquiring these new resupply lines, Aeroflow is able to provide top quality products that patients need to maintain their quality of life, without compromising their availability as HealthCare Plus exits the industry,” said Andrew Amoth, corporate development manager at Aeroflow Healthcare. “As HealthCare Plus seeks to improve its pharmacy practice, they are able to trust that its patients are in capable hands with Aeroflow.”

Aeroflow Healthcare is based in North Carolina. After starting in 2001 as a home oxygen provider, it has grown become a large durable medical equipment company.
