Briggs Healthcare makes acquisition

Briggs Healthcare will buy Selman-Holman & Associates, the companies said this week.

Selman-Holman, which is based in Denton, TX, has focused on home care and hospice consulting while offering education, coding and operational support.

Briggs acquired ezPBJ earlier this year, along with SimpleLTC in 2016.
