Bridge Connector is partnering with PointClickCare to accelerate integration in the healthcare technology industry by seamlessly transferring patient data across different systems.
PointClickCare will rely on Bridge Connector as it launches a new developer program, offering software developers a streamlined, integrated process to build on the PointClickCare platform and leverage third-party solutions. PointClickCare processed over 2 million admissions in 2017 and focuses on the evolving post-acute market.
“It is our mission to continue providing and optimizing the most effective, full-spectrum solutions for more than 16,000 senior-care facilities we support,” said B.J. Boyle, vice president of product management at PointClickCare. “Besides improving care coordination between acute and post-acute care facilities, partnering with Bridge Connector will help drive better outcomes by maintaining full visibility to the patient journey, even after these patients have left the facility.”
Bridge Connector recently completed a $5.5 million Series A financing round, bringing the company’s total investment to $10 million in funding.
PointClickCare customers will now be able to select from numerous Bridge Connector-powered, turnkey, integration options in the new Developer App Marketplace.
