Quality Life Services, a healthcare system with more than 1,000 skilled nursing beds in western and southern regions Pennsylvania, is renovating and expanding following an influx of $71 million.
SunTrust Banks served as joint lead arranger in the transaction, which finances the entire business, including 10 skilled nursing facilities, home health, hospice and pharmacy services. Quality Life started a series of renovations at its Sugarcreek continuing care retirement community and will continue with updates at its skilled nursing facilities over the next several years.
Quality Life has 1,027 skilled nursing, 326 personal care and 30 independent living beds in Pennsylvania.
