Executives with multi-site organizations in the nonprofit aging services sector received average raises of 4.7% in 2017, the same as the previous year, according to a LeadingAge-commissioned survey. Chief executives in these organizations enjoyed average raises of 4.98% in base compensation, bringing their national median base salary to $332,000.

Meanwhile, the top financial executive/CFO position rose 5.8%, top marketing executives 4% and top human resources executives 5.3%. Information covered 17 job titles and was collected by CliftonLarsonAllen.
