CDW Healthcare was recently honored with the first “Technology and Aging Award,” just launched by the American Society of Aging.
ASA created the award recently, it says, as a way to recognize tech organizations that are “making a difference in the lives of older adults.” CDW stood out to the society, it says, for being at “the forefront of helping organizations and individuals leverage technology to support aging in place and improve overall quality of life.”
CDW Healthcare provides tech solutions and services focuses exclusively on the healthcare marketplace. It is a trusted source for more than 15,000 such entities, ranging from huge health systems to physician practices and long-term care facilities. It is also a “key” sponsor of the Thrive Innovation Center in Louisville, which is working to transform quality of life and care for seniors.

ASA will honor its award winners March 26 during the first session of its 2018 Aging in American Conference, in San Francisco.
