Westminster Canterbury-Lynchburg, an assisted living and memory care community in Lynchburg, VA , has secured $38.2 million from SunTrust Bank to build a new six-story center.
The building will have four floors of 84 private resident rooms and two floors for parking and administrative offices.
Construction is expected to be completed by late spring 2019. Other upgrades include main dining area renovation, re-design of the wellness center and additional assisted living accommodations.
