The Ensign Group’s home health and hospice portfolio subsidiary, Cornerstone Healthcare Inc., has acquired the assets of Excell Home Care and Hospice and Excell Private Care Services in Oklahoma City.
Cornerstone subsidiaries will now be operating 20 home health operations, 22 hospice operations and four home care operations across 11 states, Ensign said. It plans to continue to build its portfolio of home health and hospice.
