WoundRounds has been chosen to automate wound management for Citadel Healthcare.
WoundRounds is a point-of-care wound management and prevention solution. It performs wound assessments and has prompts for preventive interventions, and it standardizes documentation and reporting. WoundRounds is a part of Telemedicine Solutions LLC.
Citadel Healthcare operates seven senior healthcare facilities throughout Illinois. The facilities offer services including long-term care, skilled nursing, memory care and independent living.
Citadel will use the company’s mobile technology in all of its facilities.
