Dominion Senior Living announced plans for a $10 million assisted living and memory care community for Clemson, SC. This will be the provider’s second senior living community in the state.
Dominion Senior Living will have two-stories with 49 assisted living apartments and 17 apartments designed specifically for memory care. Features include enclosed courtyards, a salon and barber shop and a landscaped garden. It is walking distance to retail areas near the Town Center.
The community is expected to create 50 jobs and will open in late 2018.
