Monticello Asset Management LLC has provided $9 million in first lien debt financing to Greenery Realty Group to acquire and renovate a skilled nursing facility. The facility is in Canonsburg, PA, outside of Pittsburgh.
The 140-bed facility was renovated in 1995 and includes a single-story skilled nursing building.
The financing is a bridge-to-HUD loan for Greenery, a skilled nursing operator.
