Tri-City Medical Center will use New York-based technology company Aidin to create a marketplace for post-acute providers in Southern California, the company said.

Aidin uses referral patterns and analytics to lower length of stay and improve efficiency. It should help Tri-City comply with IMPACT regulations and discharge planning, executives said.

“We are excited to use Aidin to better support our patients as they transition from our hospital. Having this level of post-acute performance transparency will help us and our post acute partners collaborate to improve patients outcomes,” said Kapua Conley, Tri-City Medical Center’s Chief Operating Officer.
