NxStage Medical Inc. and Spindial S.p.A., a distributor of renal care products in Italy, announced a partnership with the Niguarda-Ca’ Granda hospital in Milan assist hemodialysis patients.
The partnership is geared toward current NxStage patients and non-NxStage patients who wish to travel to Milan, and would use NxStage System One at the hospital. While System One is portable, the partnership allows patients to have treatment in Milan or under trained staff.
