Real Time Medical Systems (RTMS) has recently launched Live Quality Measures (QMs).
Its main product suite, TranSights™, takes resident information from the facility’s electronic medical record and sends specific clinical and financial insights to skilled nursing staff. This can reduce hospital readmissions, lower costs, improve compliance and help skilled nursing operators maximize reimbursements, RTMS said.
“Live Quality Measures reflect what our analytics and professional services can do for skilled nursing facilities. This new functionality will be a powerful resource for clinicians, CNOs, and other skilled nursing decision makers,” said Gary Duty, chief executive officer, Real Time Medical Systems.
The live Quality Measures can help facilities implement QAPI measures and catch clinical problems in residents, the company said.
