Lancaster Pollard recently refinanced seven not-for-profit skilled nursing and skilled pediatric facilities in Indiana and Illinois. The facilities are owned by Hoosiers Care Inc., based in Indiana, and managed by Exceptional Living Centers of Lexington, KY. The facilities refinanced include: Exceptional Living Center of Brazil in Brazil, IN.; Randolph Nursing Home in Winchester, IN.; Richland Bean-Blossom Health Care Center in Ellettsville, IN.; Vernon Manor Children’s Home in Wabash, IN; Exceptional Care and Training Center in Sterling, IL; Swann Special Care Center in Champaign, IL; and the Walter J. Lawson Children’s Home in Loves Park, IL.
