Recent spikes in flu, COVID-19 and RSV cases have raised concerns of a “tripledemic” hitting this winter, a wave that could be especially harmful in skilled nursing facilities.
Regional Nurse Consultant, Leslie Zimmerman-Black explains how providers should address this concern and encourage vaccination — particularly in light of the recent end to vaccine mandates for facility staff.
