Employers in the healthcare sector have a new perk to offer frontline employees: membership to a babysitting app. 

The Swishboom babysitting app is providing 25,000 annual memberships to give away to healthcare workers. Swishboom launched last summer and provides a back-up childcare plan for workers in the event schools suddenly close, due to COVID-19 or other reasons. It has already helped workers schedule hundreds of hours of childcare and remote learning support.
