Entegra Procurement Services’s new Sanitation and Safety and Services combines a sanitation audit and certification program with standard operating procedures for cleaning, product recommendations, safety training and consultation to help businesses meet or exceed local guidelines.

Entegra is a division of Sodexo providing purchasing and performance improvement solutions for clients in senior living, restaurants and other businesses. Elements of the entegra Sanitation and Safety program include:

  • Bureau Veritas site audit and safeguard certification provided by a third party that signifies, with a publicly displayed label, that the establishment has met all requirements needed to create and maintain a safe and healthy environment;
  • Standard operating procedures tailored to clients’ needs that draw on Sodexo’s expertise of managing more than 80,000 food operations around the globe. Backed by Sodexo’s Medical Advisory Council, the procedures provide technical expertise and validation on evolving health protocols;
  • Staff training with Six Foot Kitchen training, including personal protective equipment, personal hygiene, food production, accepting deliveries and cleaning contact surfaces;
  • Disinfecting supplies and equipment to equip a team with the disinfectants necessary to maintain cleanliness and sanitize environments; and
  • Solutions for contactless or reduced contact operations that are identified by entegra’s procurement experts from social distancing signage and POS barriers to technology that minimizes contact.
