The New York Stock Exchange has put Sunrise Senior Living Inc. on notice: It will be delisted from the exchange unless it releases its yearly earnings report.

Sunrise, which has been struggling with accounting problems and insider trading allegations, has delayed reporting full results for the year ending Dec. 31, 2006. It also is planning to restate three years worth of financial results.

The NYSE is permitting Sunrise to continue trading while the company works to file its annual report. Sunrise must file the report by March 17, 2008, to maintain its listing beyond that date, NYSE officials said.
